Senior Consulting Manager for Technology Solutions
Job Description:
Work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver client services. Apply WCI solutions to lead complex projects or programs and produce outstanding client deliverables (e.g., Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, oral presentations, technology applications). Balance quality, budget and deadlines and consistently meet or exceed client expectations. Manage client interactions and accounts. Conduct business development activities such as pipeline and proposal development. Support the success of the company by leading solution development, mentoring and guiding employee development, and making significant contributions to training, recruiting, and other company events and programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree, preferably in business, information technology, or other related field required . Masters degree in relevant field or MBA strongly preferred
Relevant professional certifications preferred
6-12 years relevant professional experience, preferably in IT consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with personnel and clients at all levels, including senior executives
Demonstrated ability to lead teams to complete complex projects or manage programs
Advanced understanding of multiple IT consulting solutions. Deep knowledge in information management (content management, collaboration, web portals, business intelligence), architecture services (enterprise architecture, SOA strategy), and/or systems integration (SOA implementation, business systems integration)preferred. Experience developing IT Strategy would be a bonus.
Business function acumen and demonstrated aptitude for acquiring, applying, and imparting technical, business and industry knowledge
Willingness to perform project-based work, including flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity in assigned duties and job performance location
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
