<p>Position is responsible for covering the music and entertainment industries for print and online advertising across Billboard magazine, Billboard.com and Billboard.biz with a focus on generating and driving advertiser supported artist spotlight in-book features.</p>
<p>- Service existing business, generate new accounts and close deals.</p>
<p>- Collaborate with Billboard edit and marketing team on developing new artist spotlights.</p>
<p>- Out in market with face-to-face sales calls and attendance at key industry gatherings.</p>
<p>- Provide VP Integrated Sales with weekly sales forecasts, itineraries and progress reports.</p>
<p>- Maintain database and filing system for accounts (Filemaker Pro &amp; Solbright).</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>- Ability to sell both print and online packages</p>
<p>- Individual should have strong background selling to music and entertainment companies and agencies.</p>
<p>- Must be up-to-date on industry trends.</p>
<p>- Ability to network and make new contacts within the industry is essential to success in this job.</p>
<p>- Must have excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p>- Must also have ability to turn around problem accounts and close new business.</p>
<p><strong>Experience/Education:</strong></p>
<p>- Bachelor&#8217;s degree required.</p>

<p>A director on the global brand identity team is responsible for leading American Express visual &amp; audio identity initiatives, including card design, retail design and corporate identity programs (logos, visual identity, etc). He/she partners closely with business units across the company to ensure the brand identity is considered and embedded in all key product marketing and servicing initiatives. The director is also responsible for research and development of new payment form factor innovations (e.g. clear card technology, Centurion, etc.) for application across the business.</p>

<p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p>
<p>The Director of Technology will work with architects, Manufacturing Operations Management, Product Managers and other functional leaders, will be responsible for leading a team of different functional Sr Managers involved in Design and Development activities in order to meet customers requirements from development of conceptual prototypes and architecture through development into full-scale production.</p>
<p><strong>Principle Accountabilities:</strong></p>
<p>The Director, Technology will:</p>
<p>· Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several senior Design &amp; Development engineering leaders involved in activities such as designing, developing, modifying and evaluating integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and systems.</p>
<p>· Organize and lead a number of functional reviews to ensure projects are delivered on time, as per cost targets and within quality specifications.</p>
<p>· Ensure life cycle engineering, management and customer support activities are performed as per defined processes and standards.</p>
<p>· Partner with Operations leaders to ensure design &amp; development activities are well integrated with manufacturing operations including the use of Design for Manufacturability principles.</p>
<p>· Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate leaders to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.</p>
<p>· Plan, budget, and manage the Engineering &amp; Design group costs in line with Corporate objectives.</p>
<p>· Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p>
<p>Ideal candidate has a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in related engineering field. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in image sensors and optical systems. Experience in opto-mechanical solutions will be preferred.  Candidate should be a self starter and willing to convert ideas to product concept.</p>

<p>Take Care Health Systems is seeking a Family Physician Medical Director to join our employee health center team serving our valued client, Kohl’s Department Stores , at their corporate location in Menomonee Falls , WI .</p>
<p>Our Physicians work in a team-based environment and serve as clinical leaders who focus on caring for patients, while administrative and management staff handle all non-clinical issues. Our health centers provide holistic care exclusively for the employees and dependents of our clients. There is no hospital call! Physician responsibilities include: serving as a “trusted clinician” helping patients better manage their own health, and providing primary and preventive care, as well as acute and chronic care. This position allows you to work in a patient-centric environment utilizing best practices both clinically and technologically. Partnering with site and support colleagues to develop and drive value added programs, the selected Physician will also participate in our national medical advisory board.</p>
<p>Candidates must be board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. This position is 80% clinical and 20% administrative. Work hours are regular business hours, Monday-Friday.</p>

<p>Advertising Privacy Director</p>
<p>Yahoo! is looking for someone who is passionate about privacy issues and who deeply familiar with the online advertising marketplace.  If you enjoy problem-solving and have an uncanny ability to see both the big picture while tending the details, we want to talk to you.</p>
<p>The role of Advertising Privacy Director will be a key contact with engineering, product management, product marketing, and key members of the Yahoo! Legal Department to manage privacy issues across Yahoo’s advertising platforms and products.  These services span the globe and often require partnering with international teams on matters of local privacy policy and data transfer.  This role is expected to drive the design, develop and implement complementary ad privacy education programs and compliance efforts.  This role is a mix of hands-on and strategic planning &#8211; reporting to the Sr. Director of Ad Privacy and Data Governance.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing strategic planning and coordinates development of advertising opt-out platforms;</li>
<li>Partnering with appropriate teams to review development plans and provide privacy guidance;</li>
<li>Writing specific privacy disclosures for advertising platforms and works with legal to develop partner templates;</li>
<li>Developing process guidelines and training programs for ad privacy compliance;</li>
<li>Making key decisions and judgment calls where policy application and compliance is involved;</li>
<li>Communicate complex privacy and data issues within the organization and to external parties;</li>
<li>Keeping product disclosures and privacy policies accurate and up to date;</li>
<li>Evangelizing and advocating privacy throughout the organization;</li>
<li>Maintaining internal privacy policy documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and qualities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with TRUSTe, COPPA, HIPAA, GLBA and EU data protection rules; and exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills;</li>
<li>Understanding of the intricacies of online advertising (sponsored search, display advertising, ad networks, exchanges, web beacons, opt-outs)</li>
<li>Ability to distill very complex issues into straightforward, easy to understand recommendations that can be conveyed both in writing and verbally;</li>
<li>Ability to think and act on the fly in high-pressure situations and be highly adaptable to a rapidly changing climate;</li>
<li>Awareness of state, federal and international regulatory environments, industry guidelines and “best practices,” and competitors’ policies regarding use of customer data, privacy and security;</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize projects, as well as the ability to appropriately manage expectations and make difficult judgment calls;</li>
<li>Excellent people skills are required in order to work with Yahoos across the organization – sales, marketing, legal, customer care, product teams, as well as external partners and clients;</li>
<li>Attention to minute detail and the ability to work through complex problems and arrive at creative solutions in a timely manner</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The following background and experience are helpful:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Six to ten years of experience with policy, privacy, or security compliance issues at a mid to senior level for a company with significant to dedicated online presence;  CIPP certification a plus;</li>
<li>Deep and broad understanding of online advertising product offerings;</li>
<li>Legal familiarity a significant plus as qualified candidates must be able to work closely with legal counterparts and must be very comfortable with contracts, regulation, and legal notices.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Internet technologies (HTML, JavaScript) and database structures and workflow</li>

<li>Understands the importance of information technology management to the delivery of care in a 7 x 24 environment and ensures application availability within set standards.</li>
<li>Provides clinicians and other members of the healthcare team with the right information at the right time through the availability of seamless, accurate information.</li>
<li>Preferred: Masters degree in business or information technology.</li>
