<li>Work with executive management on setting overall sales objectives and strategies, and contribute to product development and company strategy.</li>

<p>This position will be responsible for all aspects of the management, operation and administration of the Company’s worldwide electronic data processing.</p>
<p>This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring WCM has the IT systems, processes and organization needed to meet its business needs in all geographies.</p>
<p>As Vice President, this position will be responsible for the development of new capabilities, for the implementation of global initiatives and for ensuring current services continue to offer the level of service required.</p>
<p>As a member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for establishing current and long-range strategic direction of systems and technology aimed at ensuring IT Strategies are delivered in support of Company’s Strategic Business plans and agendas.  This role will be responsible for the oversight of IT leaders implementing business, infrastructure and system solutions.</p>
<p>This to include the executive responsibility for various business and technology relationships which, at times, are very complex.</p>
<p>These key relationships are with WCM and WMG personnel at all levels of the company, external vendors, customers, and business partners.</p>
<p>Additionally, this role is responsible for leadership of team of WMG staff in locations globally and an annual expense budget.</p>
<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p>
<ul>
<li>Create, continuously update and implement against a strategy and plan to ensure WCM’s business partners at all levels and in all geographies of WCM have the IT systems needed to optimally manage their business, and that this strategy and plan are in line with the global strategy and plans.</li>
<li>Work with key business partners globally to develop a vision for the characteristics WCM / IT service should deliver to in 1-3 years.-  Provide input regarding WCM needs to the formulation of global IT strategy and plans.</li>
<li>Confers with SVP/Chief Financial Officer and other principals on matters of departmental budget planning and implementation.</li>
<li>Formulate and implement sourcing strategy to best meet business needs.</li>
<li>Lead implementation of global systems, infrastructure, processes and organization required to deliver to the end state vision in WCM ensuring business benefits are delivered.</li>
<li>Ensure global initiatives are planned and implemented in each territory in a way which recognizes the business needs of each location.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with other members of the WMG IT team to ensure the successful implementation of group-wide initiatives.</li>
<li>Exhibit independent judgment and discretion in shaping WCM IT’s strategy to achieve and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements and best practice Program/project management.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain trusted working relationships with key business partners to ensure future needs can be pre-empted and delivered in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>As a member of the WCM executive team provide advice and guidance on technology related matters.</li>
<li>Ensure legacy systems and infrastructure services globally provide an appropriate level of support and enhancement while global solutions are being developed.</li>
<li>Continuously scan the external environment to identify potential future requirements and potential solutions to allow these needs to be anticipated and met pro-actively.</li>
<li>Create and implement plan for continuous timely, effective communication with business users and IT team regarding progress and plans for major IT related initiatives, ensuring business partners are kept fully informed of IT plans generally and WCM / IT plans in particular.</li>
<li>Ensure WMG IT SM team is kept informed of developments in the broader WCM environment.</li>
<li>Ensure IT budgets for WCM – both projects and support are created in accordance with overall budget schedule and designed to optimally support business priorities. Ensure close financial management and review of IT budgets. (approx $30m expense pa)</li>
<li>Ensure all IT projects are conducted in line with WMG PMO and SOX guidelines.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain positive working relationship with key vendors, particularly outsource vendors in order to ensure WCM receive the IT services required. Supervisory Responsibilities:</li>
<li>Responsible for leadership of team of 40 WCM staff in 20+ locations plus external consultants and third parties.-  Responsibilities include, but not limited to, interviewing; hiring and training employees; planning; assigning; and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li>

<p>The group has ongoing projects in the areas of 3D CGI rendering, streaming media codec development, computer vision for facial feature recognition, downloadable client development, large scale streaming media, server side 3D rendering, and automated animation rigging. The team is growing to support the company’s expanding opportunities and has a need for experienced management to facilitate that growth.</p>
<p>The Vice President of Engineering will lead the engineering group in setting project scopes, budgets, and timelines, help assemble project teams, manage project schedules and budgets and report progress.</p>

<p>The position will be accountable for fee revenue and profitability of his/her assigned Clients/Grantors; developing new leads and securing new business to achieve revenue growth objectives; developing and nurturing strong multidisciplinary and multi-level Client/Grantor relationships; providing leadership and strategic guidance to the internal team assigned to work on his/her Clients/Grantors; collaborating with other department leaders with respect to resourcing and problem-solving; and, as appropriate, performance management, development planning and mentoring of direct reports.</p>
<p>The primary responsibility and accountability of the position is to pursue, secure, and oversee and direct the successful delivery of medical education and publication projects and strategic initiatives in support of Clients’/Grantors’ internal objectives, in order to achieve or exceed $2.0-3.0 million in annual fee revenue.</p>
<p>The position must have exceptional ability to provide strategic consultation to Clients/Grantors with respect to planning, development and delivery of medical education and publications plans and tactics. While it is expected that the position has a proven ability to apply his/her knowledge of health sciences in both the development and management of Client/Grantor relationships, the position must also effectively engage and provide leadership to the Medical team members in the fulfillment of their roles on assigned business. Given the environment in which we operate as a business, the position must have a thorough understanding of the ACCME, OIG, AMA,and PhRMA guidelines and must have considerable experience in the practical application of this understanding. It is expected that the position will lead his/her internal tem efforts to ensure that the agency operates in full compliance with these guidelines. Qualifications:</p>

<li>8–10 years of active work experience in medical education, pharmaceutical and/or allied health industry including client side experience as Product Manager</li>
<li>At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Client Services/Account Leader/Senior Manager within the medical education industry</li>

<p>Model N is looking for an experienced managing director (MD) to join our professional services team. The successful candidate must have direct relevant experience working with customers and/or systems integrators on complex, enterprise solution implementation projects. The MD directs the overall sales and delivery of professional services for implementations within a regional area.  They will work partner with the sales team to evaluate the overall solution for potential customers, manage customer relationships, and develop accounts.  The MD will also take on an oversight role for the engagements and be responsible for overall customer satisfaction.  We expect the MD to be very familiar with project implementation methodologies and account management.  Because our work is customer facing, travel is required for this position.  Travel can vary widely depending on the project.  But, it may be as little as 10% and as high as 75%.  The travel requirement can vary over a year * some projects may require more, some projects less.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>

<p>The PIMS accounting team within the Prudential Investments (“PI”) Finance group is responsible for preparing legal entity financial statements (both GAAP and regulatory) for PIMS. PIMS is the SEC registered broker-dealer that distributes various Investment Division securities products, including Prudential’s proprietary mutual funds. PIMS is a member of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc (“FINRA” formerly NASD). PIMS also acts as a clearing broker-dealer, responsible for execution, clearance &amp; other services for the daily mutual funds trading activity for two lines of business: PI’s Custom Choice wrap fee platform, and Prudential Retirement Services’ (“PRS”) Pru Array mutual fund platform.</p>
<p>This position is a Director level opening responsible for the following:</p>
<p>1.) Act as the back-up FINRA series 27 registered Financial &amp; Operations Principal (“FINOP”) to the primary FINOP. This individual will be listed on PIMS’ FINRA form B-D as the back up FINOP, responsible for carrying out any duties or functions of the FINOP that need to be completed. Such activities include: filing required regulatory reports and being the key financial point of contact with auditors or examiners.</p>
<p>2.) Responsible for overseeing the preparation of, and then final review &amp; sign off for the regulatory financial statements &amp; supporting analyses for PIMS including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monthly FINRA FOCUS report filing</li>
<li>Quarterly SEC 17-H Risk Assessment report</li>
<li>Annual audited SEC filed financial statements</li>
</ul>
<p>3.) Preparation/critical review of monthly GAAP financial statements, corporate DAC elimination entries &amp; supporting analysis to PIM Center &amp; Corporate Controllers, as well as detailed profit center results &amp; analyses for the PI &amp; PRS profit centers. This includes extensive partnering &amp; support with key PI &amp; PRS business unit constituents, as well as other teams within PI Finance (P&amp;A, Expense, PI Controllers).</p>
<p>4.) Oversight &amp; detailed review of PIMS’ weekly SEC Rule 15c3-3 (customer protection) computation &amp; compliance (segregated cash balances wired timely into Special Reserve bank account).</p>
<p>5.) Responsibility for all of the financial reporting aspects of PIMS’ daily mutual funds clearing business activities. PIMS is the clearing B-D for 2 major lines of business with approximately $75 billion AUM. Specific duties include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure daily funding is provided to Operations groups as needed</li>
<li>Review daily net settlement activity, for clearing business (including approving/recording multiple cash wire payments, Oracle G/L journal entries)</li>
<li>Extensive daily partnering &amp; interaction with Operations personnel in PI (Newark based) and PRS (Woodbridge based) to properly reconcile, record &amp; report all mutual funds clearing settlement activity</li>
<li>Review clearing business B/S account analyses prepared by staff</li>
<li>Review supporting information used in the weekly 15c3-3 calculation.</li>
</ul>
<p>6.) Manage, motivate, develop &amp; supervise a team of 3 - 5 accountants. This includes responsibility for the full year performance management &amp; compensation cycles (objective setting, Individual Development Plans).</p>
<p>7.) Act as the key PIMS Finance point person for extensive interaction &amp; partnering with internal and external (internal audit, PwC, and FINRA) auditors &amp; examiners throughout the year.</p>
<p>8.) Coordinate/work closely with PI’s Mutual Fund Admin. Dept. in reconciling &amp; reporting mutual fund results by individual funds - for monthly, quarterly &amp; annual reporting purposes (monthly SOC, annual profitability reporting to Fund Boards, N-SAR &amp; N-CSR processes).</p>
<p>9.) Partner with the FINOP to ensure on-going compliance with all existing and emerging regulatory requirements of a registered broker-dealer.</p>
<ul>
<li>Series 27 registered FINOP</li>
<li>CPA license</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years prior experience/working knowledge of B-D accounting &amp; financial reporting</li>
<li>Minimum of 9 years overall financial reporting experience</li>
</ul>
<p>The candidate must have a solid understanding of both broker-dealer regulatory, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The candidate must be able to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.</p>
<p><strong>Other qualifications include:</strong></p>

<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting (advanced professional degree, a strong plus)</li>
<li>Solid general understanding of financial markets and investment products</li>
<li>Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word (experience with Oracle G/L system a plus)</li>
