Sodexo’s Campus Services division is in search of a Director of Strategic Planning to support the division on a national level. This position can reside anywhere in the U.S.A. Position Summary: Market sizing for services and business lines. Outsource rate for services and business lines. Interpreting statistical data from various sources. Market trends. Identify potential opportunities for new markets and/or services. Management structure (HR). Business volumes per business lines.
Account information. Strategy ” SWOT “. Organize and manage a competitive intelligence system. Maintain communication with industry associations, consultants, credit agencies to understand competitor behavior.
Identify Sodexho’s segment targets. Identify core competencies of Sodexho with the critical success factors of the market segments. Facilitate project planning with market champions and staff vice presidents for segment targets and other imperatives. Follow-up on project plans. Manage projects related to strategy and prepare reports. Organize primary research, i.e. telemarketing. Coordinate activities of internal departments. Ad hoc projects.
