Director-M&A Integration
Job Description:
The Director of Mergers and Acquisitions Integration (M&A Integration) is responsible for providing strategic advice, counsel and support on HR matters for transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and outsourcings. Key responsibilities include: - Lead strategic and tactical teams to address M&A transaction issues; will have the lead responsibility for all of HR for M&A activities - Manage HR issues in transactions with input from Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Global Diversity, Global Corporate Citizenship and other HR functions, as well as Corporate/Business Development, Communications, Legal and Finance. - Responsible for ensuring HR practices are compliant with company policies - Evaluate and provide guidance on HR issues throughout the M&A process, including due diligence, HR plan development, design, transition and integration. - Lead HR integration team for new acquisitions - Develop new operational support infrastructure to be utilized for smaller businesses and subsidiaries; resulting in lower cost, more flexible administrative systems. - Work with Business Development and HR leadership to anticipate business needs and develop appropriate M&A strategies - Present M&A plans for approval by senior leadership - Direct the development and implementation of tools, templates and processes for use enterprise-wide to facilitate management of HR issues in M&A transactions and improve overall transaction outcomes. - Provide oversight for development of materials to obtain CEO and Corporate Officers approval on transaction terms - Identify best practices for transactions and determine how to incorporate these into Boeing’s M&A processes. - Manage HR transition and ongoing integration issues; provide direction to Corporate and Business Unit HR M&A team members
