Job Summary
Oversee the ongoing development of creative expression, media planning, implementation and tracking for all multi-brand advertising and online marketing on a global level, including broadcast, print, OOH, online and emerging media. Direct the strategic development and implementation of a global media plan and web site strategy for the Hilton Family of Hotels as a collection of brands to drive revenue, market share and build customer loyalty with existing audiences and to cultivate new/emerging traveler segments, in support of Customer Marketing multi-brand and Hilton HHonors program goals. Align traditional marketing targets/segments with online marketing leveraging creative execution and media. Lead the identification and implementation of new customer communications channels for Hilton Family customers. Lead the identification, evaluation and implementation of new customer communications channels for Hilton Family customers, and develop and implement rate and distribution channel strategies tailored to specific Hilton Family customer segments, to meet Hilton Family customer and financial goals. Oversee the creative and media agency relationships for branding, advertising and online marketing for the collection of Hilton Family brands and Hilton HHonors.
Basic Qualifications
· Four (4) year college degree or significant work experience in lieu thereof· Significant experience of six (6) or more years in advertising and web site management roles, including two (2) years management experience· Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
· Advanced degree· Ten (10) years of advertising and online marketing experience preferred, agency experience a plus· In-depth knowledge of advertising and media planning· In-depth knowledge of web sites, online advertising and search marketing
